Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from briefing to contract signing for the Sales department
• Utilize various recruiting channels including social media, marketing campaigns, referrals, job boards, and sourcing tools
• Analyze current recruitment processes and identify potential for optimization and improvement projects
• Contribute to recruitment optimizations regarding Employer Branding, Candidate Experience, and automation
• Support team members and collaborate within a cross-functional recruiting team

Requirements

• Completed degree or vocational training in Business Administration, Marketing, or a similar field
• Ideally initial professional experience or internships in recruiting or sales
• Enthusiasm for recruiting and innovative trends in Talent Acquisition
• Conscientious, independent, and proactive working style
• Performance-oriented, charming, and resilient in high-volume recruiting environments
• Strong communication skills and a proactive approach to candidates and hiring managers
• Native-level German proficiency
