Responsibilities
- Support operational tasks aligned with SOPs and client expectations
- Execute standard workflows and surface recurring issues or inefficiencies
- Actively participate in communication channels and contribute to internal documentation
- Gain proficiency in LeafTrade, Excel, GSuite, and Slack
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from university
- Intermediate proficiency in Excel
- Exposure to CRM tools
- Proficiency in GSuite and Slack
- English language proficiency at B2-C2 level
- Strong communication, adaptability, and teamwork skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous internship or student work experience in administration, logistics, or sales
