Responsibilities

  • Support operational tasks aligned with SOPs and client expectations
  • Execute standard workflows and surface recurring issues or inefficiencies
  • Actively participate in communication channels and contribute to internal documentation
  • Gain proficiency in LeafTrade, Excel, GSuite, and Slack

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from university
  • Intermediate proficiency in Excel
  • Exposure to CRM tools
  • Proficiency in GSuite and Slack
  • English language proficiency at B2-C2 level
  • Strong communication, adaptability, and teamwork skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous internship or student work experience in administration, logistics, or sales
