Job description

Responsibilities

  • Take full ownership of assigned accounts, acting as the primary point of contact for strategic restaurant partners
  • Develop and execute business growth plans using advertising, promotions, and strategic initiatives to increase partner performance
  • Use data-driven decision-making to analyze performance, drive operational excellence, and enhance the merchant and user experience
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Supply, Finance, Marketing, and Business Development teams to align on growth objectives
  • Identify and address partner pain points to improve satisfaction and retention

Requirements

  • 3-4+ years of experience in account management, sales, or partnerships
  • Experience in food tech, food delivery, or FMCG sectors
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data
  • Proven experience managing senior stakeholders and driving commercial outcomes
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
