Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Develop and grow key accounts (public sector organisations and large private organisations with 2,000+ FTE)
  • Define and execute territory and go-to-market plans for assigned industry and account segments
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients to help them adopt flexible talent strategies and optimise use of independent consultants
  • Network with regional consultants to gather market and sector insights and identify opportunities
  • Educate and evangelise the market on using freelancers and independent consultants
  • Provide local user and market feedback to improve product and value proposition
  • Support Middle East launch activities: produce analyses, benchmarks, customer experience optimisations, and sector insights

Preferred Qualifications

  • Proven track record selling into consulting firms or public sector organisations
  • Experience winning and managing large enterprise accounts
  • Strong communication and storytelling skills to influence C-level stakeholders
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced scale-up environment and building processes from scratch
  • Excited about launching and scaling operations in the UAE and wider Middle East (UAE & KSA focus)
