Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Identify, recruit, and onboard Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) aligned with brand objectives
  • Serve as primary contact for KOL relationships and manage ongoing collaborations
  • Develop and coordinate KOL-specific campaigns with marketing and content teams
  • Track and analyze KOL performance metrics to optimize partnerships and ROI
  • Engage actively with online communities across social channels, forums, and blogs
  • Respond to comments, address member concerns, and facilitate discussions to foster a positive community environment
  • Create and curate engaging content tailored to community interests and platform-specific formats
  • Organize and host online and offline community events to deepen engagement and loyalty
  • Collaborate with KOLs and internal teams to co-create content and ensure brand alignment
  • Monitor content and community performance using analytics tools and generate regular reports
  • Stay current on industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging platforms to inform strategy

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field
  • Proven experience in KOL or influencer management
  • Demonstrable community management experience across social platforms
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Proficiency with social media management and analytics tools
  • Creative problem-solving and ability to work independently and in teams

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience running influencer-led campaigns end-to-end
  • Background in content strategy and performance optimization
  • Familiarity with UAE market and regional social media trends
  • Event planning experience for community meetups and activations
