Law Enforcement Liaison

Responsibilities

• Develop and advance strategic law enforcement relationships within the State of Mississippi and assist with global outreach
• Coordinate with federal, state, and local law enforcement, including the Mississippi Attorney General's Office
• Plan and execute educational programs for law enforcement, parents, and educators regarding platform safety and NCMEC CyberTip initiatives
• Monitor and analyze law enforcement developments affecting Roblox in Mississippi
• Respond to regional law enforcement concerns and help codify learnings internally
• Provide guidance and education to parents and caregivers to build confidence in platform safety
• Forge subject-matter expertise in internal and external safety practices to advocate for strategic enhancements
• Draft professional work products supported by platform safety investigations
• Collaborate with Legal, Advocacy, Safety, Product, and Communications teams to address emergencies and escalations

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in law enforcement, intelligence, government, trust and safety, or an adjacent field
• Detailed knowledge of the law enforcement community and policymakers in Mississippi and the Southeastern region
• Understanding of online safety trends, particularly child safety
• Proven track record in public speaking and stakeholder management
• Ability to travel frequently and provide on-call support during weekends and holidays
• Resilience to review graphic, controversial, and offensive content
