Lead Blockchain Engineer

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy smart contracts for blockchain projects
• Collaborate with frontend and backend developers to integrate smart contracts with web applications
• Perform rigorous code reviews to uphold quality and functional robustness
• Maintain and enhance existing smart contracts based on evolving business needs
• Stay updated on cryptographic and blockchain advancements to preempt security threats
• Work closely with product managers and stakeholders to define technical needs and system architecture
• Communicate blockchain and smart contract expertise to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Align risk and control processes into daily responsibilities to monitor and mitigate risk

Requirements

• Minimum of 8 years of related professional experience
• Demonstrable expertise with Solidity
• Strong understanding of blockchain security practices and potential vulnerabilities
• Proficiency with development tools such as Truffle, Hardhat, Foundry, or Remix
• Experience with Solidity security testing tools like Slither, Mythril, or Echidna
• Practical experience with scripting languages such as JavaScript or TypeScript
• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent professional experience
