Responsibilities

• Build and lead a disciplined, high-performing analytical team
• Develop and execute a comprehensive data and analytics roadmap and strategy
• Drive actionable insights to support product, operations, marketing, and engineering
• Own and optimize business metrics across the entire funnel from acquisition to retention
• Design and execute A/B testing programs to optimize conversion and adoption
• Create and maintain yearly forecasts and budgets for products
• Analyze user behavior to identify bottlenecks and optimization opportunities

Requirements

• 5+ years in Analytics and Analytics Management
• 2+ years in a management role leading teams and strategic initiatives
• Proven track record in a consumer-FMCG, CPG, or fintech environment
• Deep SQL knowledge
• Proficiency in product analytics tools such as Mixpanel, Grafana, Tableau, or Looker
• Strong experience with growth experiments, A/B testing, and funnel optimization
• Strategic thinker with strong commercial awareness

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced degree in Business or STEM
• Experience in Growth Analytics, Product analytics, or Credit risk analytics
• Background in both mass-marketing and product-led growth models
• Experience managing P&L or budget responsibility
