Lead Creative Strategist

Responsibilities

• Lead creative strategy across a portfolio of client accounts producing high volumes of ad creative
• Act as the primary strategic point of contact for clients, presenting recommendations and performance insights
• Analyze campaign performance data (CTR, CPA, ROAS) to create insight-driven creative briefs
• Build and run testing frameworks based on live performance signals
• Develop platform-specific strategies for paid social, OOH, and programmatic environments
• Partner with Creative Leads, Designers, and Copywriters to turn insights into high-performing concepts
• Champion AI tools and workflows across the strategy process

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in creative strategy or performance marketing
• Proven track record managing high monthly volumes of content in fast-paced environments
• Experience managing multiple client accounts simultaneously
• Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret data from ads managers and analytics tools
• Excellent communication skills for presenting to senior stakeholders
• Ability to write clear, strategic creative briefs
• Proficiency with AI tools for research and concept testing
