Lead Cybersecurity Awareness Engineer

Responsibilities

• Design and execute complete Security Awareness programs, including phishing simulations and social engineering campaigns
• Perform human risk analysis to identify high-risk behaviors and areas
• Apply human behavior frameworks, such as cognitive biases, to create effective security communications
• Act as an internal security ambassador in company-wide meetings and leadership forums
• Build metrics and dashboards to track program effectiveness, including click rates and behavioral changes
• Collaborate with HR, Communications, and Legal to integrate security culture into onboarding and performance cycles
• Use AI tools to personalize training content and simulate attack scenarios
• Develop multi-format content such as videos, newsletters, and interactive modules
• Partner with CSIRT to transform incident data into anonymized case studies for awareness

Requirements

• Proven experience designing and executing large-scale Security Awareness programs
• Solid knowledge of human risk analysis and behavioral science applied to security
• Excellent public speaking and storytelling skills for technical and non-technical audiences
• Experience with social engineering simulations, including phishing and vishing
• Ability to measure impact through data, KPIs, and behavioral metrics
• Practical experience using AI tools for content creation and campaign analysis
• Autonomous and proactive profile with leadership mindset
• Advanced English proficiency

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with platforms like KnowBe4 or Proofpoint Security Awareness
• Experience with Human Risk Management programs
• Knowledge of cognitive biases and social influence frameworks
• Experience transforming incident data into awareness interventions
