Lead Data Security Engineer

Responsibilities

• Lead DLP and ZTNA strategies for endpoints, cloud applications, and communication channels
• Manage security controls for corporate SaaS platforms including Databricks, Salesforce, and Google Workspace
• Define data classification, retention, and disposal policies in compliance with LGPD and GDPR
• Collaborate with CSIRT to investigate data exfiltration incidents and monitor insider threats
• Analyze security architecture for data integrations, including APIs and ETL pipelines
• Implement Sensitive Data Mapping and use AI to automate data classification and anomaly detection

Requirements

• Strong experience in data protection, DLP, ZTNA, and information security governance
• Deep knowledge of Zero Trust architecture and corporate SaaS security hardening
• Proficiency in data architecture concepts such as APIs, ETL pipelines, and cloud data platforms
• Advanced English fluency

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with SASE platforms like Netskope or Zscaler
• Experience with DSPM tools such as Cyera or Wiz
• Certifications such as CISM, CDPSE, or CISSP
