Lead Instructor: Computer Support Specialist

Responsibilities

• Lead the instruction of a virtual classroom for programs consisting of 30 to 300 learners
• Conduct live lectures during scheduled dates and times
• Prepare for lectures (estimated 30 to 60 minutes of prep per lecture)
• Collaborate with operations personnel to ensure class duties are performed and schedules are maintained

Requirements

• Degree in a Computer Science-related field or industry experience in a computer specialist role
• Expertise in computer hardware and software basics
• Knowledge of operating systems
• Understanding of networking (VPN, security, remote access)
• Knowledge of cybersecurity and anti-virus
• Familiarity with cloud computing and the future of IT
• Excellent communication and teaching skills

• Demonstrated record in education and training with other institutions
• Advanced credentials from top educational institutions
• Ability to provide instruction in the Central European time zone
