Job description

Responsibilities

  • Set the multi-quarter roadmap for Data Sources, including document parsing, fraud detection, and bank aggregation.
  • Write detailed specifications and one-pagers to partner with Engineering and Data Science teams.
  • Engage weekly with clients such as mortgage lenders and government agencies to translate feedback into product priorities.
  • Own key performance metrics including parse accuracy, fraud catch rates, bank connection success, and SLA hit rates.
  • Lead and mentor product managers and engineers to improve shipping speed and quality.
  • Drive the roadmap for document parsing, fraud signal layers, and bank aggregation optimization.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in product management.
  • Proven experience owning data-intensive products such as document understanding, OCR, or financial data aggregation.
  • Deep experience in data, ML/AI, fintech, or identity/verification platforms.
  • Technical fluency in extraction models, API tradeoffs, and pipeline architecture.
  • Experience working within regulated industries such as mortgage, lending, or government.
  • Experience with verification or KYC/KYB products.
  • Strong written communication skills and the ability to thrive in a high-ambiguity startup environment.
