Job description

Responsibilities

  • Own the core platform including billing, payments, subscriptions, provisioning, APIs, and internal tools
  • Manage the experience layer across the reseller panel, end-customer panel, and integrations like WHMCS
  • Build AI-led experiences to automate tasks, guide users, and optimize upselling
  • Simplify complex workflows involving domains, DNS, email, and SSL
  • Drive conversion and monetization improvements across checkout, renewals, and add-ons
  • Partner closely with engineering, design, commercial, and support teams to reduce support friction

Requirements

  • 5-6 years of experience managing complex SaaS solutions
  • Strong systems thinking mindset with a focus on outcomes rather than just features
  • An AI-first approach to product development and user experience
  • Technical fluency in discussing APIs, edge cases, and failure modes
  • Deep expertise in UX principles for SaaS platforms
  • Commercial acumen regarding billing logic, packaging, and revenue drivers
  • Experience with hosting, domains, reseller ecosystems, or tools like WHMCS
