Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements including supplier, service, technology, marketing, affiliate, and payment provider agreements
• Provide practical legal advice on commercial, corporate, contractual, and regulatory matters
• Support iGaming regulatory and licensing matters including applications and renewals
• Research and monitor legal and regulatory developments
• Support corporate structuring, restructuring, M&A, and strategic projects
• Work closely with Compliance and AML teams
• Support the implementation of internal policies, terms and conditions, and privacy documentation
• Liaise with external legal counsel, regulators, and corporate service providers
• Identify and manage legal risks with pragmatic solutions

Requirements

• Degree in Law, preferably from Malta or another EU jurisdiction
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant legal experience
• Experience in iGaming, online gambling, fintech, or crypto industries
• Strong experience in drafting and negotiating commercial contracts
• Understanding of corporate, commercial, contract, and regulatory law
• Experience working across multiple jurisdictions and international corporate structures
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of iGaming licensing and regulatory frameworks
• Experience working directly with gaming operators
• Experience with crypto or digital asset businesses
• Knowledge of data protection and privacy matters
• Experience supporting M&A or cross-border transactions
