Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts including service agreements, SaaS/technology agreements, NDAs, and vendor arrangements
• Support corporate governance, entity management, and cross-border structuring
• Assist with regulatory and licensing matters and liaise with regulators
• Advise on data protection, AML/KYC, and consumer protection obligations
• Help develop internal policies, templates, and compliance processes
• Provide practical, business-focused legal guidance to internal stakeholders

Requirements

• Qualified lawyer with 2–5 years' PQE
• Common law qualification (e.g. England & Wales)
• Strong corporate/commercial background in fintech, financial services, payments, or technology
• Familiarity with UAE and/or DIFC/ADGM regulatory frameworks is an advantage
• Excellent contract drafting and negotiation skills
• Fluent written and spoken English
