Licensed Therapist

Responsibilities

• Provide counseling to members via text-based chat, video calls, and phone calls
• Onboard users with initial phone calls and multidimensional assessments
• Utilize Atlas, an AI-native EHR, to automate documentation and access clinical context
• Monitor member progress and offer therapeutic strategies for cravings and temptations
• Support members in establishing and sustaining motivation for change
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide product feedback and ensure member satisfaction
• Attend scheduled team meetings and case discussions

Requirements

• Active, unrestricted LPC or LCSW license in good standing in Florida
• Master's Degree
• 2+ years of clinical experience in CBT or behavioral support for substance use disorders
• Proficiency in Motivational Interviewing (MI), Motivational Enhancement Therapy (MET), MAT coordination, and Relapse Prevention
• Comfort working in an AI-augmented care environment
• Ability to collaborate with cross-disciplinary healthcare teams
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Technological fluency and adaptability in fast-moving environments

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior telehealth experience across multiple time zones or digital health settings
