Responsibilities

• Track expiration dates across every state a provider is licensed in and submit renewal applications ahead of deadlines
• Ensure continuing education requirements are met before any licenses lapse
• Run the full application process for new state licenses, including gathering diplomas, DEA registration, and malpractice insurance
• Serve as the primary point of contact with the licensing vendor (Zivian)
• Communicate directly with individual state licensing boards to resolve issues and troubleshoot delays
• Maintain a real-time system of record showing every provider's license status and flag compliance gaps

Requirements

• 3+ years managing multi-state licensing or credentialing
• Experience tracking 50+ active licenses across 10+ states
• 2+ years owning an external vendor or agency relationship end-to-end
• 2+ years of direct correspondence with state regulatory or licensing boards across at least 5 states

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of state nursing boards and individual licensing requirements
• Experience with applying to IMLC
• Strong process and vendor management experience
• High attention to detail for managing complex documentation and deadlines
