Job Description
Responsibilities
- Advise premium cardholder customers via phone, chat, and email in English and Arabic
- Design and manage individual trip requests including flights, hotels, villas, rental cars, cruises, private jets, and VIP services
- Prepare tailor-made travel offers, travel documents, programs, visa facilitation, and administrative processing
- Make reservations with airlines, hotels, and destination agencies
- Actively cross-sell lifestyle services, promotions, and exclusive events
- Conduct travel-related research and prepare proposals
- Maintain up-to-date records for members
- Represent Ten Group, promote concierge value, and build member rapport
Requirements
- Currently reside in UAE with legal working rights
- Fluency in English and native Arabic (written & oral); prepared for language proficiency test if required
- Tertiary qualification or equivalent training, ideally in tourism
- Several years' professional experience in the travel industry, tour operations, or a travel agency
- GDS knowledge (preferably Amadeus), excellent destination knowledge
- Passion for travel, luxury lifestyle, gastronomy, events, and culture
- Service-oriented, flexible, resilient under pressure
- Positive attitude, strong communication skills, identify with Ten Group values
- Full-time availability (40 hours/week)
- Flexibility to work a 5-day week, shifts between 6:00-21:00 GMT (Monday-Sunday)
- For hybrid: Commutable distance to office; up to 60% home office possible
- Secure home office environment and adequate internet speed
