🇫🇷 Live Streaming Technician - in Dubaï - French fluent

Responsibilities

• Prepare, set up, and run seamless live streaming events, including cameras, sound, lighting, Zoom, and Stream Deck systems.
• Manage live event operations: monitor audio/video streams, launch pre-recorded videos, create Zoom sub-groups, hand out microphones, and provide immediate technical support.
• Support trainers and students, solving any live technical difficulties.
• Ensure smooth transition from production to post-production: upload, organize, and archive media, synchronize projects post-event, and deliver timely replays.
• Document processes and continuously optimize workflows, actively seeking solutions to recurring issues.
• Perform efficient, clean video editing for online training and product videos; organize, back up, and manage the video library.
• Maintain studio equipment, ensuring all gear is functional and available.
• Stay current on industry trends and bring innovative ideas into the studio setup and workflows.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Video Editor, Videographer, Audiovisual Technician, or Live Streaming Technician (internships and top school projects count).
• Proficiency in video editing and satisfaction from crafting high-quality content.
• Basic knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe Media Encoder.
• Native/bilingual French and fluent English (able to discuss technical details with English-speaking colleagues).
• Willingness to run live events on evenings or weekends (approx. 2 weekends and 1-2 evenings/month, with rest compensation).
• Living in Dubai or willing to relocate.
• Strong passion for audiovisual techniques and personal development.
• Strong organizational skills and a drive for excellence.
