Logistics & Operations Lead

Responsibilities

• Design and own the end-to-end hardware request, procurement, and payment workflow
• Define and maintain payment SLAs and establish escalation paths for high-value items
• Proactively engage with portfolio companies to collect hardware forecasts and anticipate regional expansions
• Manage all device imports, customs clearance, and regulatory approvals
• Act as the primary liaison with manufacturers and suppliers to ensure seamless deliveries

Requirements

• Extensive experience handling logistics and operations specifically within the UAE
• Direct experience working with TDRA and deep understanding of UAE customs documentation
• Proven track record in vendor management, procurement administration, and financial workflows
• Ability to work independently and manage complex tasks with high initiative
• Strong background in logistics and supply chain management within the Middle East
