Machine Learning Engineer - Large Language Models

Responsibilities

• Adapt LLMs to diverse healthcare use-cases using techniques such as SFT, PEFT, DPO, and PPO
• Optimize LLMs for Retriever-Augmented Generation (RAG)
• Collect, clean, and refine healthcare datasets for training LLMs
• Convert models into various formats suitable for production environments

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience in software engineering and deep learning solutions
• Academic degree in computer science, data science, or related field (M.Sc. or Ph.D. preferred)
• Expertise in model tuning frameworks like Axolotl
• Familiarity with model serving frameworks such as vLLM, TGI, and llama-cpp
• Knowledge of model quantization techniques
• Hands-on experience with Transformer architectures and PyTorch
