Manager, Customer Strategy and Success

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end implementation, account management, and customer success for partner accounts
• Lead internal implementation efforts working cross-functionally with Product, Member Marketing, and Clinical Operations
• Drive marketing and awareness of Oshi Health within named accounts
• Pull and analyze key performance data to highlight success stories and communicate performance to clients
• Deliver quarterly business reviews (QBRs) to customers to reinforce value and drive growth
• Influence key stakeholders through clear external communication and cross-functional alignment

Requirements

• 2–4 years of relevant post-undergraduate experience
• Proven experience in a client-facing role
• Strong analytical skills with experience in data storytelling
• Exceptional cross-functional coordination and organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Healthcare or digital health experience
• Familiarity with QBR preparation and delivery
• Experience in a high-growth, mission-driven, or startup environment
