Manager, Enterprise Risk Management - Risk Consulting

Responsibilities

• Lead client engagements to design and implement risk management frameworks and governance structures
• Manage and motivate client engagement teams with diverse skills and backgrounds
• Deliver high-quality work products within expected time frames and on budget
• Advise stakeholders and manage expectations regarding service delivery and project outcomes
• Support business development activities, including proposal development and pre-sales
• Monitor project progress and ensure key stakeholders are kept informed

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Engineering, Mathematics, Accounting, Business, or a relevant discipline
• 4-5 years of relevant consulting or industry experience, preferably in professional services or an MNC
• Proven experience in team and stakeholder management
• Deep understanding of risk management processes, including identification, assessment, and mitigation
• Experience developing risk management governance structures and ensuring organizational compliance
• Strong analytical, interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
• Practical understanding of technology and business processes related to risk assurance

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong project management skills, including agile and design-thinking methodologies
• Professional certifications such as Certified Internal Auditor (CIA), Certified Risk Management Professional, or Certification in Risk Management Assurance (CRMA)
