Manager, Investor Relations and Corporate Communications

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain investor relations and corporate communications materials including press releases, earnings scripts, and investor decks
• Support analyst and institutional investor engagement and targeting strategies
• Monitor metrics for media coverage, market activity, and analyst sentiment
• Translate clinical updates and business developments into consistent communications for stakeholders
• Manage logistics and briefing materials for investor days and media interviews
• Partner with Finance, Legal, and R&D teams to ensure compliant communications
• Manage agencies and vendors to keep projects on budget and aligned with priorities

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in investor relations, corporate communications, or related fields
• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Finance, Business, or Life Sciences
• Working knowledge of capital markets, SEC disclosure requirements, and Regulation FD
• Strong financial and analytical skills to translate scientific data into investment messaging
• Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel
• Experience in biotechnology, pharmaceutical, or public company environments preferred
