Manager, Risk Strategy

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced data analytics to advise underwriting strategies for loan origination, amount assignment, and pricing
• Take ownership of credit policy documentation and enhance processes to mitigate risk
• Design and monitor key KPIs to provide insights into the credit lifecycle
• Maintain quality control and validation of risk processes
• Collaborate with portfolio risk teams to track performance and manage risk appetite
• Develop business insights and communicate proposals to C-level audiences
• Work cross-functionally with Tech, Product, Sales, and Finance teams on new credit product initiatives

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field like statistics, econometrics, or engineering
• Strong understanding of consumer credit and lending
• 3+ years of experience in credit analysis
• Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI
• Exceptional hands-on experience with Python, SQL, and Excel
• Ability to communicate complex technical findings to broad audiences
