Manager, RTM Operations

Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day operations of the RTM Care Navigation team
• Manage, coach, and develop RTM Care Navigation employees and contractors
• Establish team responsibilities, coverage expectations, and quality standards
• Manage and continuously improve RTM workflows for patient engagement and monitoring
• Ensure operational processes align with RTM program standards and CPT requirements
• Track, analyze, and report on RTM operational KPIs and productivity
• Partner with Clinical, Concierge, Billing, Product, and Data teams

Requirements

• Licensed Physical Therapist
• Experience in outpatient, home-based, orthopedic, post-acute, or rehabilitation care
• Minimum 3 years of management experience in clinical or rehabilitation operations
• Experience managing teams and workflows in a healthcare setting
• Strong understanding of healthcare documentation and compliance standards
• Data-driven mindset with experience using KPIs and dashboards

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Remote Therapeutic Monitoring (RTM) or Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM)
• Familiarity with CPT-based workflows and healthcare billing concepts
• Experience with digital health platforms or app-based care delivery models
