Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Grow and scale the local MEA sales team—identify, recruit, hire, and coach Account Executives (AEs) with consultative/value selling backgrounds
  • Build and execute strategies for establishing a partner-driven local ecosystem
  • Lead enterprise sales using the MEDDPICC framework
  • Exhibit thought leadership and deep understanding of the local enterprise software market, customer buying processes, and Camunda product value
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop and deploy new solutions, functionality, and pricing strategies that fuel regional revenue growth
  • Maintain operational excellence, including accurate team forecasting (weekly/quarterly/annual) and Salesforce CRM hygiene (deal stages, account plans, values, win/loss records)

Requirements

  • Ability and/or willingness to use Camunda products
  • Minimum 3 years enterprise software sales leadership in the MEA region
  • Proven record of leading sales teams to exceed ambitious revenue goals
  • Experience growing AE performance and fostering a culture of ownership/accountability
  • Capable of leading C-level meetings and public presentations on Camunda’s solutions and value
  • Mastery of MEDDICC or comparable value-selling methodologies
  • Highly proactive leader, demonstrating Camunda's FAITH values
  • Fluency in Arabic and English
