Manual QA Engineer

Responsibilities

• Perform regular testing of web, native apps, and PWA products across different internet connections and devices
• Test payment flows, including deposits, withdrawals, and related user journeys
• Conduct competitor research and highlight key product features and UX improvements
• Test CRM, bonus, and gamification flows
• Identify, document, and report bugs in a clear and structured manner
• Test landing pages for functionality, localization, and user experience
• Prepare regular QA reports with findings, issue descriptions, and priorities
• Test marketing flows, including registration, onboarding, and promotional mechanics
• Work closely with Marketing, CRM, Payments, and Product teams
• React quickly to new tasks, incidents, and product changes
• Handle ad-hoc testing and operational requests

Requirements

• 1+ year of experience as a QA Engineer on a web-based product
• Solid understanding of the iGaming industry and key user flows
• Experience testing web applications across multiple browsers and devices
• Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, and Slack
• Strong bug reporting and documentation skills
• Ability to test using different internet providers
• Ability and willingness to register and test competitor websites
