Responsibilities

• Create and curate daily featured markets to highlight compelling games and matchups
• Design creative markets tied to major sports storylines like trade deadlines and coaching changes
• Make quick, data-driven decisions in real-time as games unfold and trading activity shifts
• Engage directly with the community on Discord to gather prop requests and answer questions
• Work cross-functionally with engineers, product, and support teams to improve the platform
• Monitor social media trends to ensure markets reflect real-time sports conversations

Requirements

• Deep knowledge of major sports leagues (NFL, NCAAF, NBA, NHL, MLB, NCAAB, Soccer, and UFC)
• Ability to work during peak sports moments, including evenings and weekends
• Product-oriented mindset with a trader's approach to sports
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, real-time environment without heavy process

Preferred Qualifications

• Technical background with interest in building automation tools to reduce manual workloads
