Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Analyze past promotional campaigns to target the most responsive and suitable people from Informa’s database.
  • Utilize internal databases to segment relevant audiences for content and promotional marketing campaigns, optimizing messaging and conversion rates.
  • Develop and maintain promotion templates required for marketing campaign processes.
  • Drive improvements in database structure and coding for effective segmentation, reflecting both digital and in-person audience interactions.
  • Provide high-quality leads for the sponsorship team, leveraging both the internal database and external tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Support telemarketing efforts by prioritizing and supplying leads to maximize sales.
  • Manage database build processes to ensure future campaigns target responsive and relevant prospects.

Requirements

  • Analytical mind with strong numeracy skills
  • Well-organized and detail-oriented
  • Technically capable with excellent communication skills
  • Self-motivated, resourceful, and eager to learn
  • Curious and driven to analyze data and trends for performance improvement
  • Previous experience working with databases is useful
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills for collaboration with team members, marketing managers, and senior leaders
