Job description
Responsibilities
- Analyze past promotional campaigns to target the most responsive and suitable people from Informa’s database.
- Utilize internal databases to segment relevant audiences for content and promotional marketing campaigns, optimizing messaging and conversion rates.
- Develop and maintain promotion templates required for marketing campaign processes.
- Drive improvements in database structure and coding for effective segmentation, reflecting both digital and in-person audience interactions.
- Provide high-quality leads for the sponsorship team, leveraging both the internal database and external tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Support telemarketing efforts by prioritizing and supplying leads to maximize sales.
- Manage database build processes to ensure future campaigns target responsive and relevant prospects.
Requirements
- Analytical mind with strong numeracy skills
- Well-organized and detail-oriented
- Technically capable with excellent communication skills
- Self-motivated, resourceful, and eager to learn
- Curious and driven to analyze data and trends for performance improvement
- Previous experience working with databases is useful
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for collaboration with team members, marketing managers, and senior leaders
