Marketing & Communications Manager, MENA

Responsibilities

• Plan, develop, and implement holistic high-touch marketing campaigns for the satellite missions business line, closely aligned with sales and commercial objectives.
• Manage and supervise PR activities and PR agency work.
• Contribute as a key member of an integrated campaigns team, driving missions campaigns to successful conclusion and generating creative ideas to achieve this.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, collaborating with the central marketing & communications function.
• Oversee event management and execution for select flagship events and related customer engagement visits/travel.
• Project manage all marketing campaigns, coordinating with Product Marketing, Digital Marketing, Events Manager, Visual Designers, and related contributors to ensure cohesive alignment with sales initiatives.

Requirements

• 10-12 years of relevant marketing experience in a B2B and/or B2G environment
• Experience with campaigns in the public, defense, or government sectors
• Experience with Salesforce and related martech (a plus)
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Strong conceptual skills and attention to detail
• Ability to use design tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Figma)
• Fluent in Business English
• Experience tailoring marketing strategies for diverse audiences
• Strong track record of cross-functional collaboration and influence
• Thrives in a fast-paced, agile growth environment
• Flexible, positive attitude with entrepreneurial, hands-on drive
• Knowledge of New Space / Earth observation / SAR (a plus)
• Passionate about technology and space
