Responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and execute the event calendar, including third-party trade shows and field events
• Partner with marketing, sales, and customer success teams to align events with campaign goals
• Manage all operational logistics including booth logistics, vendor contracts, venue sourcing, and travel coordination
• Equip sales and partner managers with pre-event materials and staffing schedules
• Manage event budgets and track performance metrics like MQLs and pipeline contribution
• Integrate AI tools into workflows to streamline communications and administrative tasks

Requirements

• Proven track record of end-to-end event execution and logistics management
• Experience managing vendor relationships and contract negotiations
• Ability to travel approximately 10 times per year (3-4 days per trip)
• Proficiency in using AI tools to optimize marketing workflows
• Strong project management and budget tracking skills
