Job description

Responsibilities

Design a wide range of marketing collateral, including digital banners, brochures, presentations, and landing pages, ensuring visual appeal and brand consistency.

Develop engaging and persuasive copy and micro-copy for marketing materials, with a strong emphasis on driving user action and achieving conversion goals.

Collaborate closely with Marketing, Performance, and Product teams to translate high-level briefs into effective visual and written communication assets.

Apply an understanding of marketing funnels, user journeys, and conversion optimization principles to inform design and copy decisions for maximum impact.

Independently manage projects from initial concept to polished delivery, demonstrating initiative and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Ensure all creative outputs align with the company's brand guidelines and overarching marketing objectives.

Contribute to A/B testing initiatives by creating variations of design and copy elements to optimize performance.

Requirements

Proficiency in design software such as Figma and/or the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).

Exceptional copywriting and micro-copywriting skills in English, with a proven ability to craft compelling and action-oriented messaging.

Strong understanding of branding principles, visual communication, and storytelling techniques.

Demonstrated ability to translate marketing strategy and user journey insights into effective design solutions.

Experience with conversion optimization techniques and an understanding of how design impacts user behavior and funnel performance.

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

Proficiency in Spanish copywriting.

Experience with landing page builders and A/B testing tools.

Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) for web content deployment.

Understanding of basic UI/UX principles as they relate to marketing assets.
