Marketing Executive Assistant

Responsibilities

• Manage the Head of Growth's calendar, priorities, and daily execution cadence
• Coordinate cross-functional meetings, prepare agendas, and enforce follow-ups
• Track marketing projects across departments to ensure deadlines are met
• Leverage AI tools and automation platforms to streamline workflows and build SOPs
• Assist with marketing campaign coordination, including webinars, launches, and email campaigns
• Perform QA on marketing assets and manage internal communications between creative teams and leadership
• Provide administrative support including travel coordination and vendor management

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Marketing Coordinator, or Project Manager
• High proficiency with Google Workspace, Slack, Notion, and ClickUp
• Strong comfort level using AI tools and automation software
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, remote-first environment
• High ownership mindset with the ability to solve problems proactively
