Job description

Responsibilities

  • Research, plan, and implement marketing strategies for brand positioning, lead generation, customer acquisition, and retention in the Middle East region.
  • Design, implement, and manage targeted campaigns across websites, content, social media, and brand channels.
  • Lead and oversee marketing campaigns, including collaborating with the Marketing Assistant on social media communications.
  • Strengthen Pepperstone's brand awareness, digital presence, customer engagement, site traffic, and sales.
  • Plan and manage advertising placements, optimize marketing investments using digital metrics.
  • Set KPIs, monitor, and provide bi-monthly campaign performance reports with actionable insights.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Sales, Product, Research, SEO, UX) to ensure a strong, consistent brand experience.
  • Maintain relationships with third parties, publishers, and media/advertising agencies.
  • Work with technology and data science teams for personalized customer communications.
  • Ensure all marketing materials comply with regional guidelines.
  • Manage Middle East marketing budgets effectively.
  • Identify, onboard, and manage influencer partnerships, tracking performance and delivering ROI analysis.
