Marketing Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead integrated marketing execution for key milestones including product launches, feature updates, and major campaigns
• Manage daily social media operations across brand platforms, including content execution and community engagement events like X Spaces and AMAs
• Drive content publishing schedules to ensure alignment with brand narrative and marketing milestones
• Track and analyze social media metrics, user interactions, and community feedback to optimize marketing ROI

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in Marketing, Growth, Social Media, PR, or Integrated Marketing
• Full fluency in both Chinese and English (written and spoken)
• Deep familiarity with the operational logic of X/Twitter and Telegram
• Strong project management skills and the ability to lead specific modules independently
• Proven track record of managing full-scale campaigns or product launch cycles

Preferred Qualifications

• Crypto Native: Passion for Web3 and a deep understanding of the crypto futures trading landscape
• Global Perspective: Experience working with international teams and navigating diverse regional markets
• Multimedia Literacy: Ability to guide creative teams in producing high-impact visual and video assets
