Responsibilities

• Lead the design and launch of clinical workflows for new and existing dermatological conditions
• Partner with the CMO to advance innovative treatment protocols and ensure they reflect current best practices
• Collaborate with the Product team to translate clinical workflows into platform functionality and decision support tools
• Oversee and improve daily clinical performance across the online dermatology workforce
• Lead provider onboarding, training, and ongoing development
• Drive provider productivity and quality through structured coaching and AI-assisted initiatives
• Build QA systems, SOPs, and escalation workflows to ensure consistency of care and audit readiness
• Monitor adherence to treatment protocols and report on treatment outcomes

Requirements

• MD or DO with an active license
• Minimum of 5 years of clinical dermatology experience
• Operational experience in a large dermatology network, management consulting, PE, or military background with an MBA
• Demonstrated experience building clinical systems, SOPs, and quality frameworks
• Analytical, metrics-driven mindset with comfort defining KPIs
• Structured and detail-oriented approach to protocol design and chart-level review

Preferred Qualifications

• Telehealth or DTC healthcare platform experience
• Familiarity with AI-assisted clinical review tools
• Experience with EMR optimization or provider dashboard development
• Background in academic research or pharmaceutical collaboration
