Job description
Responsibilities
- Maximize sales of Viatris products through strategic promotion and physician engagement within a designated geographic territory.
- Visit physicians and healthcare professionals to disseminate scientific knowledge, clinical trial data, and product guidelines.
- Provide detailed information to HCPs regarding proper medical usage, dosage, and side effects.
- Enlist Viatris products in institutional formularies and follow up on stock, consumption, and ordering processes.
- Gather and report feedback from customers regarding product experience, market needs, and healthcare system changes.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to prepare campaigns based on real-world market insights.
- Organize audiovisual activities and maintain an updated customer list based on segmentation and insights.
- Prepare monthly reports covering sales, activities, market threats, and opportunities.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of pharmaceutical sales experience in a similar role.
- Medical or Pharmaceutical education background.
- Proven track record of sales achievement and top performance within the last 2 years.
- Strong negotiation, persuasive, and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in English with excellent written and oral communication abilities.
- Proficiency in computer skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience within relevant therapeutic areas.
- Previous experience working within the Gulf region.
