Medical Review Trainer

Responsibilities

• Assist with the onboarding and training of ESRD Medical Reviewers
• Participate in quality control activities to support corporate and team objectives
• Assist with special projects or responsibilities as assigned by management

Requirements

• Five years of clinical nursing experience in End Stage Renal Disease/Dialysis
• Two years of Lead Medical Review experience in End Stage Renal Disease/Dialysis
• Active, unrestricted RN licensure in the United States or compact multistate license

Preferred Qualifications

• Associate Degree in Nursing or graduate of an accredited School of Nursing
• Strong clinical background in dialysis, managed care, or home health
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and word processing software
