Responsibilities

Originate high-value client relationships and monetize the company’s stablecoin products and services. Act as an ambassador for stablecoin solutions, building Anchorage Digital’s reputation as a trusted partner for issuance and integration. Provide critical client insights and market intelligence on stablecoin use cases to inform the product roadmap and business plan.

Requirements

Strong technical knowledge of blockchain and digital assets applied to solve real-world inter-bank challenges, including fund flows, settlement mechanics, correspondent banking, and cross-border payment flows. Extensive network of contacts within the global banking and financial enterprise ecosystem in the Middle East or Africa. Acquaintance with existing and potential stablecoin issuers and familiarity with the regulatory landscape. 10+ years of experience managing the entire institutional client engagement process, including sourcing opportunities, structuring complex deals, and ensuring successful onboarding. Excellent communication skills and sales acumen.

Preferred Qualifications

Deep expertise in the global payments ecosystem, including correspondent banking models and enterprise business structures. Professional fluency in a relevant regional language.
