Responsibilities

  • Conduct initial phone calls with new members to assess service fit
  • Manage appointment scheduling and ensure member paperwork is complete
  • Handle eligibility checks, insurance claims filing, and payment collection
  • Support providers with administrative tasks and maintain internal software organization

Requirements

  • Background in providing excellent customer service
  • Proficiency with technology including email, EHR, and scheduling tools
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience managing a medical office
  • Familiarity with insurance billing
  • Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish
