Responsibilities
- Conduct initial phone calls with new members to assess service fit
- Manage appointment scheduling and ensure member paperwork is complete
- Handle eligibility checks, insurance claims filing, and payment collection
- Support providers with administrative tasks and maintain internal software organization
Requirements
- Background in providing excellent customer service
- Proficiency with technology including email, EHR, and scheduling tools
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience managing a medical office
- Familiarity with insurance billing
- Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish
