Membership Director

Responsibilities

• Own Aurora’s member business development funnel by sourcing and converting new members
• Represent Aurora directly with members during first interactions and conversion journeys
• Develop and manage channel partnerships with aligned partners and communities
• Create high-signal events and cultural collaborations to attract prospective members
• Build the long-term playbook and lead a high-performance onboarding and retention team

Requirements

• Deep familiarity and existing relationships within elite networks (founders, athletes, family offices)
• Strong network in Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Riyadh, Jeddah, or Tel Aviv
• Proven ability to build and nurture long-term, trusting relationships
• Rigorous operational skills to manage multiple partnerships and events
• Data-driven approach to track lead volume, engagement, and conversion rates
• Autonomous ownership mindset with the ability to drive outcomes independently
