Job description
Responsibilities
- Lead engagement and build relationships with customers across the MENA region, driving compliance conversations and negotiations.
- Analyze complex investigation data to identify trends, generate actionable insights, and inform campaign strategy while ensuring CRM data integrity.
- Own the lead development process, refining and implementing strategies to identify and qualify new compliance opportunities.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive campaign documentation and playbooks to ensure process consistency and scalability.
- Provide strategic analysis and reporting to stakeholders on campaign performance and evolving business needs.
Requirements
- Must currently reside within the MENA (Middle East & North Africa) region.
- 3+ years of professional experience in customer engagement, sales, account management, or business development.
- Demonstrated experience using CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) to manage customer pipelines and report on metrics.
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel or equivalents (e.g., Google Sheets) for data analysis and reporting.
- Professional working proficiency in English, with excellent written, verbal, and negotiation skills.
- Proven ability to work autonomously, manage competing priorities, and take ownership of outcomes in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Direct experience in software license compliance, anti-piracy, or intellectual property rights.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding performance targets.
- Experience in investigative or analytical roles.
- Experience mentoring junior team members.
