Mergers & Acquisitions Analyst

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain detailed financial models, including DCF, LBO, accretion/dilution and merger consequences analyses
• Conduct target screening, industry research, and valuation benchmarking to support pipeline development
• Lead financial due diligence workstreams including quality of earnings review, working capital analysis, and synergy quantification
• Create and monitor business performance metrics of deals, including KPI tracking and profitability analysis
• Support post-close integration tracking, synergy realization, and purchase accounting

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics or a related field
• Minimum of 4 years’ experience in mergers and acquisitions, investment banking, or corporate finance
• Experience with financial modeling, valuation, and analytical problem-solving
• Demonstrated quantitative and analytical mindset
• Ability to work in fast-paced environments and manage competing priorities
• Ability to travel occasionally as needed
