Mid-Level Business Analyst, Plans & Growth

Responsibilities

• Drive growth strategies by partnering with business owners to identify and prioritize high-impact investment opportunities
• Optimize business performance by diagnosing inefficiencies in profitability, conversion, and retention
• Own the single source of truth for data by building and maintaining a centralized, high-quality metrics hub
• Synthesize complex analytics into clear, compelling recommendations for non-technical stakeholders
• Scale automated workflows to eliminate manual reporting and shift focus toward strategic thinking

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience as a business analyst, data analyst, or in a similar analytically focused role
• Strong SQL and Python skills for building and automating data workflows
• Hands-on experience querying large datasets in Google BigQuery
• Experience designing and maintaining business dashboards in Looker Studio or similar BI tools
• A commercial mindset with the ability to connect data findings to business outcomes
• Proficiency in English for global collaboration

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience using AI coding tools (such as Claude or Codex) to accelerate workflows
• Background working with e-commerce, subscription, or telecom data
• Familiarity with dbt for data modeling or experience running A/B tests
