Job description

Responsibilities

  • Develop and produce visually appealing graphics and layouts for a diverse range of digital and print marketing materials, including social media posts, website assets, email templates, brochures, flyers, posters, and promotional merchandise, all aligned with established brand identity and GTM messaging.
  • Ensure strict adherence to brand guidelines, maintaining consistency in tone, style, and values across all visual communications to reinforce the GR8 Tech brand.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing managers, content creators, and campaign specialists to translate campaign strategies, product messaging, and business objectives into engaging and effective visual designs.
  • Design and optimize digital assets specifically for various platforms such as social media channels, corporate websites, landing pages, and mobile applications, considering performance and user engagement metrics.
  • Create print-ready materials, meticulously preparing files for professional printing, ensuring accurate color profiles, bleed, and resolution for high-quality outputs like brochures, flyers, and event collateral.
  • Support ongoing marketing campaigns by creating and iterating on visual assets based on feedback from stakeholders and performance data, demonstrating an agile approach to design.
  • Source, create, and edit high-quality images, illustrations, and photographs to be used in marketing collateral, ensuring visual appeal and relevance to campaign themes.
  • Stay abreast of the latest digital design trends, emerging technologies, and best practices within the iGaming and B2B tech sectors to continuously enhance design quality and drive audience engagement.
  • Effectively manage multiple design projects concurrently, prioritizing tasks based on urgency, impact, and stakeholder needs, ensuring all deadlines are met without compromising quality.
  • Conduct thorough quality assurance checks on all design deliverables before publication, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and compliance with brand standards and regulatory requirements where applicable.
