About the Company

Stratosphere is building the Barstool of crypto and finance, a media company that owns its distribution and partners with companies on brand positioning, narrative building, and marketing. We work with industry leaders like Polymarket, Avalanche, Jupiter, OpenSea, Disney, Lamborghini, and many more.

Responsibilities

• Own the entire video and visual production pipeline from concept to final export
• Help define the initial strategy and direction
• Execute on agreed concepts from scratch

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional motion design, video editing and graphic design experience
• Strong portfolio in crypto
• Deep understanding of Web3
• Skilled in Final Cut Pro or DaVinci Resolve
• Skilled in Blender and After Effects
• Skilled in Figma and Photoshop
• Proficient in AI creative tools such as Nano Banana Pro or Replit
• Ability to work async in a fast-moving startup environment
