Motion & Graphic Designer 3D/2D

Responsibilities

• Own the entire video and visual production pipeline from concept to final export
• Define initial strategy and direction for visual projects
• Execute agreed concepts from scratch

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional motion design, video editing, and graphic design experience
• Strong portfolio in crypto
• Deep understanding of Web3
• Proficiency in video editing tools (Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve)
• Proficiency in motion design tools (Blender, After Effects)
• Proficiency in graphic design tools (Figma, Photoshop)
• Proficiency in AI creative tools (Nano Banana Pro, Replit)
• Ability to work async in a fast-moving startup environment
