MS Dynamics Engineer

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement CRM solutions using Microsoft Dynamics to address specific business needs
• Maintain, optimize, and continuously improve the functionality and performance of the current CRM setup
• Provide technical support and troubleshoot issues in production environments to ensure high system reliability
• Implement backend business logic using C# and .NET to deliver stable and maintainable solutions
• Customize user interfaces and enhance usability through HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Follow clean code practices and apply basic algorithms, data structures, and design patterns in development
• Participate in testing, debugging, and deployment of features in on-premise environments

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics
• Proficiency in C#/.NET with the ability to write robust and maintainable code
• Experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Strong understanding of relational databases (MSSQL), including writing and optimizing SQL
• Experience integrating with third-party systems via REST APIs
• Familiarity with design patterns, basic algorithms, and data structures
• Intermediate English proficiency

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with the on-premise version of Microsoft Dynamics
• Experience with the Customer Support module of Dynamics
• Previous experience in the fintech domain
